Running has been my primary form or excercise I love it started about 2 years ago and never looked back. I am too the point now where I can easily run 8-12 miles I do 6-8 miles usually 4 or 5 days a week and sometimes a longer one on Saturday or Sunday 12 miles plus I average depending on weather conditions how I feel how my legs feel my emotional/mental state around 8 min/mil. I have never ran any races yet Ive read some ppl call themselves long distance runners and they run 10Ks. I know everything is relative to your own skills but I am curious to what others have to say.
