Is this a good rate, or a bad rate of losing weight?
I thought it was pretty good at first, but now it seems like I have been at a stand still for a while.

I know it will take time, I'm just wondering is this normal ?:)

Thanks.

And also, do you think 1400 is too much? That is what MFP told me, but I feel it is a little much, because I don't work out very intensely..

If you only have 15 pounds to go, you probably wouldn't want to lose any faster than 1 pound a week. Even 1/2 a pound would be a reasonable rate.

Your 1400 calories is how much to eat if you don't work out at all.

It's still good and healthy way for the weight to come off. That's less than 1 pound a week - when 2 pounds a week is healthy also, so in 13 weeks you could have lost 26 pounds. I have lost about 6 pounds in 6 weeks so I'm right there with you - but I am really trying to change it to 12 pounds in another 6 weeks.

1400 calories - not sure, because I don't know your height/weight, but I have been eating 1200/day or close to it. Until last week I was eating back most if not all of my burned calories each day. This week I have still been intaking 1200-1300 calories, but NOT eating back the calories I burned --- and I am really starting to see the scale move this week. Some may say this is the wrong thing to do, and I may not stick with it forever, but for right now, I'm trying it to see if it continues to work.

    Good luck!

Honestly losing any weight in a period of time is good, its never bad it all depends on how you eat, metabolism, and how hard you workout and the frequency. Keep it up!

I thought that, but I was still convincing myself otherwise, for some reason...

Really??? I know how BMR works etc, but it just seems a lot...

'yes 11lbs in 13 weeks is fine!

what exercise do you do and how much?'

I do exercise at home, that's it....Sometimes DVDs, mostly just regular exercising, such as squats, lunges, plank etc...
Edit : Also I walk everywhere, every single day... So that could probably count for a little too.

Thanks for the encouragement... I don't know why, but I am just convinced that I am at a stand still, I think it's more my mind than anything.... I have been down to 1200 for this week to see how things go, hopefully it will make me feel like I'm not eating TOO much.

Thanks a million everyone, a great help! :)
