Body Beast VS Tapout XT? Or...something else entirely

I am almost 1/3 of the way through my Chalean Extreme program and looking for something to do afterwards.
My husband and I have been watching infomercials. :blushing: And were interested in either Tapout or Body Beast. Body Beast looks like hell in a DVD to me, but if it gives results (IE: I lose lots of fat and not murder my knees in the process) I have to be able to do the exercises and hopefully time seems to go by fast. I'm all for it. Tapout looks hard too. But no weights from what I saw :( and I admit I fell asleep.

I need something that will give results but still be under an hour per workout. (I have to get up really early before the kids so I can have peace and focus! LOL) I love weights, but all I have are the bowflex selectech. No weight bars or anything.

Which program have you tried and would suggest? Or not suggest..?

I suggest no fad workout videos. The BEST thing you can do is get a free weight home gym or join a gym and do heavy weight lifting and eat a deficit. Cardio optional.

If you simply can not or will not do the above, then just google search for bodyweight programs and\or go to bodybuilding.com forums and ask for good bodyweight programs in the Workouts subforum.

Here is a bunch of info to ease you in with no fear! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/686963-large-collection-of-info-for-beginners
