Need ideas for Veggie hotdogs!

I love soy hotdogs but Id like to try them in some recipes. I have no idea what to do with them and because of their texture I am unsure of what would work. Any ideas?

    Not a soy hot dog recipe but I use the Field Roast sausages in marinara sauces over spaghetti squash

    I chop them up and add them to pasta with lots of veg and tomatoes, lovely and filling.
