Hey there all you wonderful people.
Im in the market for a new scale.
I want to make sure i get a good one though, not some cheap POS.
help a sista out..any suggestions? experiences? Pros Cons.

Definitely watch out for where you put the scale. Different surfaces can affect how much it says you weigh! No carpet! My mom always put mine on the rug in my bathroom and it screws everything up!0

Yea she is right put in on a hard surface and most digital scales are on point to exact weight but don't look at your weight every day maybe once a week the best place is to look in the mirror and your body can look good and diffrent but your weight can stay the same good luck0

It's more important to weigh your food than your body. Do you have digital kitchen scales?0

Quality control on scales seems reasonably good now. I would expect any random "big box store" scale will suffice. I would skip the bells and whistles models and just get one that gives you a number.
And then, whatever you do, don't start obsessing about the number the scale gives you. Use other metrics to determine your progress (like body composition, BF%, measurements, measurements of healthiness, etc.)0
