    For me its just the sugar. I cut my soda intake down when im dieting but when its that time of the month I let myself have the soda, its a better alternative then all of the salty and sweet snacks. I would suggest finding the lowest calorie treat you eat and stick with that. I also know that Nature Valley has granola squares with chocolate on one side and they are only 80 calories a square. Fiber one also has a brownie thats 90 calories, and those are pretty good!:wink:

    When I'm craving chocolate, I either eat a protein bar that's covered in chocolate, like Special K, or I will get a Skinny Cow candy bar.


    YES! the skinny cow line is great as well!

    I have to have chocolate at that time. I try to eat dark chocolate but sometimes I dont have it on hand. Seems like I get the munchies during that time.
