Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed under my calories
What would I have done differently? Not be sick :sick:
What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories. I will not be going to the gym again because I am still not feeling well. Doctor thinks it's just a bad cold... need to rest for a few days. Yesterday I only ate 700 calories because I slept most of the day away

I should have worked out on the treadclimber after dinner also.

Thanks everyone! Feeling better today but still taking it easy I weighed myself and have lost a total of 20 lbs (since June)... yippee. I don't weigh in until Wednesday so I do not want to update my ticker yet. :laugh:0

Congrats Goldk on the 20lb loss. Pick up a sack of dog food that is 20 lbs and you will realize what a great accomplishment getting the 20 lbs off was.

what do yesterday that I am proud of?....I was going to stop at mcdonalds and get a small ice cream cone. I drove in and circled around and drove back out.
what would I have done differently?....not have even thought about any ice cream cone.
