I want this to be it!

Hi,

I am a 34 year old full time working (software engineer, so on my butt all day) mom of an almost 6 year old boy who works out 5 days a week but no control over my food intake. Three years ago I did a biggest loser competition at work and lost a lot of weight. I gained back 15 pounds since then and want to lose that. I am here for support and encouragement that I can do it. Also looking for tips to increase my metabolism.
