New to myfitness pal

Hi

I am fairly new to MFP. Currently looking for people to help with motivation and any new techniques you've used I could try! So far I've lost 5lbs just by watching my calories (didnt realize how much I was eating in a day!)- having a hard time getting myself in a workout routine always feeling to exhausted when I get home from work but too lazy to get up early! Would love to trade new exercise routines, recipes etc with others. Please friend me if you interested in some motivation as well!
