I lost easy for the first 2 weeks and stablized pretty much after that. I only have 18 pounds off in 4 months, but feel so much better.
I'm glad I took my measurements, because I have seen a drop in inches, even when the scale is not moving. But I have not lost for the past month. It does get a little frustrating!
I am only 1/4 of the way thru this journey and decided it was time to find some friends and motivational support, instead of just logging in my food diary and hoping for a weekly loss.
It's my birthday weekend and I'm ready for a new "ME"!!! :flowerforyou:
