Here is something interesting.
When I began June of 2008 I was 5'1.25 tall and 168 pounds.
I went for my annual check up and was 5'2" tall and 132 lbs!!
I was always 5'2" since I was around 16 yrs old, and was surprised I had lost disc height of 3/4 of an inch. It seems that my stretching and exercising has elongated my spine once again and I am back to my original height!!

Calorie Budget: 1770 for maintenance...I try to eat as many exercise cals as I can, depending on what I earned
400-500 on running days
200-400 on cross training days depending if it's weights, cardio or both
1000+ on long run days (I just try to make sure I don't get too hungry and fill up on good cals, it's too hard to eat almost 3,000 calories these days)0
