    I lost a lb a wk for 2 wks and then this wk gained in back??? Anyone want to tell me what Im doing wrong???? My measurements I only take once a month so I will let everyone know in 10 days.
  • Giggles-Is it close to or during that TOM? That really effects weight. Keep it up though. Your body will finally give in and drop the pounds.

    Calories 1200 a day...that is with a 1.5 a week weight loss. I exercise 5-6 times a week and eat most of my exercise cals.

    Here is something interesting.

    When I began June of 2008 I was 5'1.25 tall and 168 pounds.

    I went for my annual check up and was 5'2" tall and 132 lbs!!

    I was always 5'2" since I was around 16 yrs old, and was surprised I had lost disc height of 3/4 of an inch. It seems that my stretching and exercising has elongated my spine once again and I am back to my original height!!

    Calorie Budget: 1770 for maintenance...I try to eat as many exercise cals as I can, depending on what I earned
    400-500 on running days
    200-400 on cross training days depending if it's weights, cardio or both
    1000+ on long run days (I just try to make sure I don't get too hungry and fill up on good cals, it's too hard to eat almost 3,000 calories these days)
