OMG...I'm sqeert to eat! Since I've joined this site I've been brain washed to count my calories! So now I'm paranoid to touch anything with out looking to see how many calories it has!!! And then i'm looking to see if it will fit into my daily restrictions. I don't know if I'll ever be the same!!!

    Do you really want to be the same? I know I don't. I've come so far in this journey, so it's now become a mission.
