Hi, i have a question about an exercise I do, but do not know how to count it on here.
I am part of a Medieval Combat club, which is basically where we run around whacking each other with foam swords. although that is a dumbed down version of what we do, it is not a light activity. we have to run to attack or runaway/ dodge from an attack. lots of power is needed to control the sword and dexterity to make it hit your opponents with out you getting hit yourself. we practice for 3- 4 hours a day, two days a week.
What I was wondering is how i should count this towards my exercise on here.

There is one entry in the exercise section. Do a search for fencing. It sounds like the closest thing to what you do. Then put in the amount of time (in minutes) that you spend doing that activity.0

That would be hard to count. you might want to consider getting a heart rate monitor. they are a little expensive but worth every penny. Love mine. its a polar F6. there are a lot to choose from. I highly recommend it have fun!
