hi, I joined couple weeks ago, already hit a rough patch. I know what to do and how to do it...I just keep loosing my motivation. I decided to join cause my sister told me about this site. I have used other programs, but never counted calories. So, this part will be new. I am looking forward to being an active contributer to this. I welcome frieinds, with similar goals. I have lost 12 pounds,2 inches off waist and hips,1 inch off thighs. The weight is just a number, I want to be the best ME, loosing weight is just a benefit of that.

    Keep up the good work!! Staying connected with other fitness minded people really makes a difference....It motivates me! This is my first time staying connected electronically. The logging electronically is my challenge.
