Post workout snack

I am a vegetarian, not vegan. I love my dairy but do not eat eggs or fish. I was wondering is you guys out there have any good ideas for a post workout snack to help with weight loss. I workout intensely about an hr after a light lunch, 1.5 for a big lunch and still have about 3hrs to go before it's dinner time and I get very hungry in between. Something as simple as just a banana dipped in peanut butter does not hold me over...any thoughts would be very helpful
