Almond Berry Pancakes

Almond Berry Pancakes
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/4 cup 1% milk
2 tbs butter, melted
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Combine the egg, milk, butter and extract in a small bowl; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a gridle well sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with berries. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until the second side is golden brown.
Makes 10 pancakes
Nutrition Information: 2 pancakes equals 239 calories, 6g fat, 38g carbs, 3g, fiber, 7g protein, 262mg sodium.
