The Journey begins!

I am new to this system. After seing what I ate yesterday and today I am proud of myself. I kept my calorie intake low... howeve I know that the time will come when I encounter a piece of cake... and that is sacary. Cakes, sweets, cookies... they are irresistible to me! I need to change my life. I believe I am in the right path =D

  • Any time i see or crave cake, I just imagine how i'd feel after I ate it and that usually stops me. I've been googling a lot of low calorie- low sugar dessert recipes and they look just as good as regular cake. It's all in the mind really. Good luck :)

    That's how easy it is. Just by logging it down you can keep control of it. Depends on what you want to get out of it, but my moto is if you want cake then have it, but remember to work it off. I am not one of those people that save on food for a beer, if I want a beer I will have one, but I know I have to work it back. It can be easy and there are loads of people on here to gibe you advice! Good luck on the journey, we are here for you!:happy:

    love that last thought! Its like thanksgiving when you eat so much you make your self sick and miserable for the next couple hours, nothing fun about that!
