New Here & On Day 5

Hey everyone! I'm a 33 year old male. 5'6" and was about 175 and down to 173.5 since Monday.

About this time last year I dusted off my old mountain bike and bought a doggy trailer so I could ride with my pups. I did it a few times and eventually began riding more and more and even commuted to work a few times by bike in the fall. The cold weather put an end to that but I did buy myself a nice new hybrid bike to commute to work which I haven't done since the fall.

Anyway, a few weeks ago I purchased a new bowflex and used it a few times to get familiar with it. I wanted to start a exercise/meal plan but I wanted to wait until my summer camping trips were over, and I just got back from my last one last Saturday. Monday came and I began my new routine.

Monday I did 6 exercises on the bowflex, one set on each exercise and averaged about 10 reps.
Tuesday walked around my block twice for 2 miles
Wednesday, same as Monday.
Thursday walked around my block once for 1 mile.
Friday same as Monday and Wednesday.

Here are my daily averages.

Protein 76g

I've lost about 2 lbs this week. My meal plan basically stays the same for the 6 week period of my plan. Weeks 1 and 2 are supposed to be 1,500 calories, weeks 3 and 4 cut 100 calories and weeks 5 and 6 cut another 100 calories.

As far as exercise, it calls for doing 6 exercises for weeks 1 and 2. Weeks 3 and 4 are the same exercises plus two additional. Weeks 5 and 6 add an additional 2 exercises. I'm supposed to do each exercise for only one set and aim for about 8-12 reps per exercise.

I'm open to comments on things so far. I'm new to this and was wondering what you guys thought of my diet and readings so far. Thanks!
