Low Fat, Rich in Calorie food suggestions!

I have been eating too few calories each day because I arrive at my fat goal. I need foods that will help me get to my calorie goal without causing me to go over the fat goal.

    what kind of fat are you limiting? eat some good healthy fats - almonds - avocados.....add fiber rich foods too beans - WHOLE grain.... yams/sweet potatoes...

    Personally, I think MFP's default macros are a bit wonky -- one mango sets me over my sugar limit for the day. If you're avoiding fat for another reason, I don't have much to offer other than carbs. If you just want to avoid unhealthy fat, nuts and avocados are great sources of calories and healthy fats. Remember, your body needs good fat, especially your brain.

    Fiber rich food listed above and LEAN proteins. You can get nearly fat free chicken breata for instance.
