PB&J smoothies...my new addiction
I am a total peanut butter & jelly sandwich addict. Unfortunately, they are loaded with calories and I can never eat just one.. so I figured out a guilt-free way to indulge 
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) - 40 calories
2 tablespoons PB2 - 45 calories
1 tablespoon Smucker's low sugar Strawberry preserves - 25 calories
1/2 teaspoon Stevia (I use Stevia in the Raw since it measures like sugar)
1/2 cup water
2 cups ice
a pinch of xanthan gum
a pinch of guar gum
..blend it all up, best smoothie ever! I use xanthan and guar gum for texture. Calorie amount is negligible as a little goes a long way.. they create that thick, decadent mouth-feel that one can usually find in an 800+ calorie smoothie.. but this one will only run you about 110 calories
I'm enjoying my 2nd one of the day.. no guilt! It literally tastes exactly like a PB&J.. I am so ridiculously happy about this smoothie I just had to share my recipe! Enjoy!
