mini trampolines?

I went to look at personal mini trampolines today (the ones with a handrail) found a decently priced one but wanted to get some feedback on workouts from people who've tried them. DVD recommendations etc

I have lots of old sports injuries, especially my knee, ankle and shoulder, and was trying to figure out if it'd be good or bad for them.
