Last meal before diet

Speaking as someone who had bariatric surgery, I can tell you I did enjoy a final meal of things which I can no longer eat. However, speaking as someone who now realizes that weight loss and fitness is not about dieting or surgery but rather a true lifestyle change let me encourage you to change your mindset. You do not need to exclude any food from your nutritional plan, but rather you need to fit it into your weekly calorie allowance. Nothing should be absolutely off limits for strictly dietary reasons because you will crave it. There are good reasons to exclude food some foods for other reasons (clean eating, veganism, etc) but what you need to do change what you eat daily gradually. I would begin by working toward not exceeding your calorie goals, then protein goals, etc. Just some thoughts.0
