Hi folks...I am so happy to have found this site and will recommend it. I am not overweight but recently retired and notice my weight going up as I am "sitting on my butt". So, I am now watching what I eat. Looking for recipe ideas and stories to inspire me.

All welcome to the site you.will find lots of great people on.here. I.have recently gotten back into my routine of doing my Insanity workouts. I am in the recovery week or the fifth week and have lost 10 lbs and 3 1/3" on my waist. The first time I did it I lost 50 lbs stopped when I got.sick for a month and gained 15 back so I on the way to.getting it.all back off and as of now my waist is.smaller than before. I make sure I track everything honestly so I'm far to myself. Let me know what your thinking of doing and feel free to add me0
