question to the ladies...

i an wondering why my scales are so mean to me this week,i am busting my *kitten* exercising and eating within my calls but not losing...I am due on tho so was thinking cud it be the water weight?

    What sort of exercise are you doing? A lot of exercise can make you retain water a bit so it could be that, or yes, your hormones. Have you eaten a lot of salt, because it could be that too?

    Some women hold onto a lot of extra water during their TOM and many choose not to record their weight that week. I currently do not suffer from this, but if the scales are being mean to you and you feel you're doing everything right and it's your TOM then I'd write it off and re-evaluate if they're still mean a week from now.
