Sometimes when I have a day of not doing anything, housework etc  I do an hour of cardio in the morning then strength work after lunch..amI right in thinking that this is ok? Or am I better to do it all in one go?
Thanks

I break mine up on a daily basis whether is before work, over lunch, or when I get home. I usually don't have time to put a full work out in. I say if you can do parts at a time that is what works for you.
I also feel that my body has some time to recovery before doing my cardio or weights later.0 -
If you can still complete everything you plan out, I don't see a problem in breaking up a workout, myself.
I do it almost every Saturday, in fact!0
