Weight Stall or problem with time weighed?

I hope this gets posted...
I couldn't sleep so I got up early and weighed myself. The scale says I weigh the same as yesterday. I usually weight myself around 7:45-8 am after waking up and going to the bathroom.
should I not eat breakfast until after I re-weigh myself at the normal time?

Try not weighing yourself for a week! You shouldnt be loosing too much too fast and the scale isn't the best thing to focus on! I lost inches and saw definition in my progress pictures while my weight stayed pretty much the same! .....But when I do use the scale it's right after I wake up, bathroom and I tend to be pretty much naked lol ....but don't stress or let the scale determine what your doing!0
