Just thougth I'd share... Red Robin has a cool 'customizer' tool on their website. http://www.redrobin.com/food/ select 'build your meal and calculate your nutrition'
It will allow you to pick your meal item and add/ subtract items and recalculate the calories/nutrition.:happy:

    i found this tool this summer and thought it was really nifty. I liked going through and seeing things i would have eaten prior to MFP...wowwww i was delusional. lol
