Nutritional Yeast

Has anyone ever used this? If yes, what are the benefits? Calories, fiber, sodium, etc??? Oh and taste? I can't put yeast past bread or a beer!

    It's great in vegan recipes like pesto or lasagna where a cheesy, nutty flavor is desired. It's high in B12 and protein. Also good sprinkled on popcorn or anything else where you want a pop of some extra savory flavor.
