So I've heard someone say that if you take creatine your not natural how many of you all believe this?

Do not believe this at all.. you naturally produce creatine, can also get creatine from red meat, and some fish... bodybuilders due to their high intensity training metabolize higher amounts than that so take creatine supplements.. pretty much here is what creatine does as far as I know .... creatine will store inside the muscle cell, attract the surrounding water( makes your muscles look bigger) when your muscles are super hydrated they can have increased strength and give the appearance of a fuller muscle, also I have heard it helps with recovery time.... personally my pre workout drink has creatine in it, so I have no need to buy a creatine powder or pill ..,. hope this helps a little0

Who ever told you that is an idiot... As the other guy said it is naturally produced in the body and is effectively an energy source for your muscles but yes it does make you retain water as well. Theres actually a vid on youtube, ill post the link, that explains it perfectly

Oh trust me I've known for a long time that creatine is all natural just like their is no need to cycle on and off it i only cycle my pre workout so my body doesnt get use to the caffeine in it0

they have samples at my gym, I have heard good things about this. when ever I look into switching I will give it a shot ... the price is very good as well, I beleive its $40 for a 50 scoop tub at my gym ... thanks0
