Role reversal, setting an example

a year ago I became an empty nester both my teenager daughters went away to school. I decided to become a good example for them. I expect them to do well at school, make good decisions, have money in the bank etc. So I raised the bar for myself, I've always loved sports and working out, but struggled with my weight. So this past year I've stayed focused on bootcamp, sports, MFP, eating better. It's funny what an impact it has made in my girls lives. They both eat healthy, play a variety of sports, workout daily, look great. It's the best feeling ever, watching your kids excel.

I love this! Kids always want to be like their parents, so being healthy for them is really important. Keep it up!0
