Eustachian Tube Dysfunction

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to get this condition cleared up. I have a feeling of fullness constantly, headaches, pressure in the ear area, and the temple. My eardrum aches off and on. I am on steriods, and a nasal spray. Does the swelling ever go away, its been about four weeks now. HELP...
