I started out with 1280, moved to 1460 and now I'm at 1960
I'm 21 years old
I have ADHD (plus I can just be sitting around and get HHYYYYYYYPPPPPPPEEEEEEERRRR)
I'm 5'3
I take melatonin to get me to fall asleep
I weigh 240lbs and kept that weight for a few years
I've had a double oopherectemy. at age 20 due to LARGE ovarian dermoid cysts
I've started working out again
I have a wii (zumba 1 && 2, wii fit (plus coming soon), ea sports active and a few other games
I have a 320 gig ps3 slim (sims 3, just dance, sega all stars tennis, champion sports, get up and dance)
I also just bought zombies, RUN! and a dyna resistance band
My only workout DVD is Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown.
I made my own hula hoop with a pcp pipe
I made my own workout schedule where I do this tuesday and thursday and that wednesday on saturday with monday and friday off.

eating around 1600 ought to allow you to loose weight - are you saying you don't ?
1960 might be a bit high as 2000 is said to be typical maintenance for a woman.0 -
I think that's too high.
Just wondering why you kept increasing calories? It looks like you haven't lost yet so I'm curious as to your thought process on that.0 -
1460 seems to be the healthiest of the options you've chosen.
The 1900 is a little high.0 -
Based on Scooby's Workshop calculator it looks like 1900 is too low. You should check it out. I plugged in your information and it says you should eat 2345. Here is the link http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ :happy:0

Sounds like you might not be eating enough. You have to eat to lose weight. You don't want your body to go in to starvation mode.0
