Weigh in- the same this must be my 5 week now. I am not going to be too hard on myself because I just started a new workout that I created for myself and I am on day 12 so it could take another 17 days to drop again but I am making myself up date my food- no matter what it is and I haven't missed doing my new porgram. I always do awesome with my water/vitamins, so here is to staying with it!!!!

Hey guys. I have had a terrible week with eating the wrong foods and it showed on the scale today. 140.3lbs. I havent been in the 140's for about a month, so it kinda sucks. I did try the fruit challenge this week, and i ended up eating more fruit than i would have without the challenge, which was the point. so thats good.
Hope everyone had a better week than me.
Good luck Canadians!0 -
Hey everyone! stayed the same 221, which is really great b/c I didn't work out at all the last week. Way to stressed out and sick to do anything. Have to try and get back on the treadmill again and work out all that stress! hope everyone had a good week and keep up the good work0

Hello hello!
I did really bad with the fruit challenge last week - but I did drink all my water. I lost 3 pounds this week, so I am down to 155.4. I'm very happy about that
Have a great week everyone!:flowerforyou:0 -
hey guys. im having issues with my laptop right now, it has a virus. so it keeps shutting down on me. I am on my husbands computer right now . . . . and the spread sheet that has all the numbers, percentages etc. are on the laptop. sooooooo you will have to bare with me until all this gets figured out. but just looking at the weigh ins, congrats to sjmay for being the biggest loser this week!!!
so lets try another challenge . . . premaking meals. This is something that I struggle with for sure. I dont prepare and then I end up eating something quick. so lets ziplock up some snacks and have them ready for us when we need a quick fix. also try to take a lunch to work . . . not snack on office candy that is left over from halloween. for suppers, i have spent a few saturdays making ground turkey and spinach lasagnas, ground turkey meat balls, freeze them and then they are ready for a quick meal. it has helped soooo much to have those in the freezer. so lets hear other deas as well as good snacks to package and freezable healthy meals. Get goin Canadians!!!!
remember to keep up with your water and fruit!! :flowerforyou:0 -
so i lost 0.2 lbs this week, back down to 158.8 lbs:happy: not a big loss, but its definitely something0

so the results are non-existant. the virus on my laptop ate the spreadsheet i had made, along with some other files that were quite important  . b/c i am so frustrated at this point with my laptop, and my weight goal has been reached I have decided that I am going to pass the torch on to another fellow Canadian. Any takers??0
