I am new to this site and have become dedicate once again to loosing weight and getting in shape. I seem to be dedicated for awhile than I loose the drive or something. I joined this site so I can have a consistant daily routine and keep in mind of my goals. I like how you can write down all the food you eat during the day and it counts the caleries. I think that will help me keep on track. Nice meeting eveyone in advance!
