Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed under my calories without exercise. I didn't think it could be done :laugh: :laugh:
What would I have done differently? Nothing
What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories. Going to take it easy for one more day... no gym. Maybe I will head out for a walk this afternoon. The fresh air will be good for me :sick:

My 189 came and went... 191 today so I am staying at 18lbs lost. I'll take itI had soup yesterday maybe it was the sodium :laugh: :laugh:

I worked out for an hour and a half to burn off my dinner.
What would I have done differently?
I should have only had one serving of the Pierogies instead of 4 and not ate the brownie at 3:30.
