weakness for me!

The problem I have is I'm an all or nothing person.

If I eat Red Vines, Hot Tamales, Starburst I must eat them all until their gone.
If I eat Taco Bell, I go three to five days a week.
If I eat Chips I don't quit until their gone.
If I drink Diet Pepsi that's all I drink all day.

I recognize I have no self control unless, I just don't start in the first place.I have decided the best way to stop is never to start these vices again. I like lighter food anyway, I feel better, less tired. In fact at 48 soon to be 49 my hot flashes have subsided with a change in diet.

I'm tired of loosing weight just to gain it back when I lose all self control. this is my fourth attempt to take it off and keep it off.

Some people post they still weave treats into their diet, but I must confess I can't. There are some sweets I like, but don't obsess over. If I eat sweets again it should be those because they are less tempting to me. I can have just one and stop.

By the way I love fruits especially organic if they are really good, it's the best treat!
