Just wanted to introduce myself....I live in the DFW area & anyone from around here knows how hard it is not to get carried away with the good food we have in these parts. I'm on this journey (again) to be a better me - but this time, I am really going for it! I am Sick & Tired of being Sick & Tired all of the time!
