My name Sam im f 170 5'2''. my goal weigh is 130 :smile: ....advice and support would be greatly appreciated

  • Hello Sam! Welcome. My advice, give it time. Be patient. Never give up. Eat back your exercise calories. Invest in measuring cups and/or a food scale. Don't get hung up on the scale. Drink WATER! :)

    I agree with love4fitness!, it does take time! If you track all food, and have goals you can reach per week/month then all should work out! :) If you have a wii fit, use that to weigh yourself, it is more fun to exercise on that then a treadmill, but working out in general is good! :)

    Water is good, support from people you know is good as well! Have a calender in your home in a room that you are in a lot, and have the calender in eye-sight. For each day you exercise mark the day with a big red X. If you don't exercise one day, it will make you feel guilty-ish and help motivate you to earn that big red X ;) I plan on doing this once I get access to my gym :)
