What I have learned in these past 7 months, that it takes to lose weight the right way!

A Lot of activity,
A Little self-restraint

A Lot of encouragement from friends and family (how I love you all!!)
A Little daily perseverence

A Lot of patience (during plateau days or weeks)
A Little Non Scale Victory every now and then to keep me motivated

A Lot of forgiveness (for when I slip into old habits)
A Little forgetfulness (for those times when I allow myself to slip a little :)

A Lot of empathy (for my friends who are struggling)
A Little word of kindness and encouragement for those same friends!

A Lot of WON'T power (for those times when I say, "I WON'T sabotage my goal!)
A Little extra time shopping and preparing healthy foods

A Lot of excitement at finding new/old clothes in the back of the closet!
A Little creativity keeping some of my BIG CLOTHES working until I can afford new!

A Lot of gratitude to my LORD, Jesus for His role in my success!
A Little humility (to not claim responsibility, but to give credit where it is due!

This is just small portion of what it takes...there is so much more, but suffice it to say~I would not be where I am today without MFP, my friends and loved ones, and all the encouragement you have offered! Thank you!
