Hi I just needed more encourgement on my workout routine i am geting frustrated.

    Hang in there. I have been at the same weight for the past couple months. I keep training and watching what i eat. The way I look at it is my fitness is way better then it was a year ago. Even if I keep the same weight I am able to run further and faster then ever before.
