Hey All! My name is Amber and Im Almost 21 years old.
Ive always had quite a rough time with my weight since I was 13 years old. Puberty unfortunately was not my friend when it hit me and I gained about 100lbs. No joke. It was awful.
At 14 years old I weighed in at 205lbs. The most embarrassing weight a 14 year old going into junior high could ever manage. During the summer I was able to drop 30-40lbs and keep it off. I had to work my booty off to drop that weight.
At 17/18 I was able to keep my weight down at around 140lbs. But every year I gain about 20 extra pounds during the winter and spring (My Depression months) and Work it off over the summer.
last year in August I weighed about 135lbs. PERFECT for my body type. (Smaller Frame at 5'3")
And Right now Im at 190lbs. Thats almost 60lbs in a year that Ive Gained.
I have a 'Disease?' Called PCOS. Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome.
Which makes losing weight the most difficult thing in the world for me.
I have to count calories and work out like a mad woman and I might get lucky with losing 3lbs a week.
I also have to stick to a Low GI Diet due to my PCOS.
Im always looking for new friends and motivation!
Feel free to add me and lets motivate each other!
