Hi, I am Jon Hanson (Central Ohio, USA)
Pretty cool site, I use the Android App for tracking, wish I had found this in April when I started tracking in Excel, I still fill out the Excel sheet, but the running numbers and keeping track of calories burned is nice.
I actually went from 231 to 200 before finding the MyFitnessPal.com app last Sunday (8-5-2012).
Integrated with Fitbit.com by purchasing their tracker, works pretty well. Have about 35 pounds to go.
I wrote a personal finance book in 2005 Good Debt, Bad Debt (Penguin) gooddebt.com and I am amazed at how similar losing weight and getting out of debt and or saving money are similar.
