    I'm from Montana!! New to any and all things healthy. I tried diet pills and shots all they do is make me hormonal and crazy! Looking forward to this new way of life!!

    Brand new from Seattle! Got at least 30 to go for my first goal. I've done WW at my workplace with some success but it's easy to fall off the train, in the 5 days since I've joined MFP it's so much easier and I've learned so much more about nutrition. Got myself a new Fitbit, I live in a townhouse so it's fun to see the stairs climbed every time I run up and down the stairs for random reasons. I'd like to ride in the Seattle to Portland for the first time this summer as a big fitness goal. :)
