I count every calorie and I try (really try) to eat sensibly. But I do like Guinness. I like to use it as a reward for myself once in a while and every thing that I have found out about it makes it seem like it is really not too bad (aside from that whole alcohol thing
)
So really what are the "facts" about consuming Guinness?
I probably won't stop drinking it on occasion, but maybe a little less at a time and with a little more guilt (I hope not though)

I love Guinness! That's my drink when I'm out....if I drink. 126 calories in 12 oz, and I hear there are 26 vitamins in it, too, so total win! :bigsmile: It was fate that brought us together, wisters.0

Guinness Draught is actually lower in calories than some light beers (I was shocked to learn that one) but the Guinness Extra Stout is pretty high, so just make sure you know which one you're drinking and you won't have to worry about it too much!0
