I feel as though I can do all of the moves through out the whole 20 minutes but for whatever reason my feet are killing me. I feel like my left foot is cramped the whole time and my right feels cramped but not as severe as the left foot. I have tried different shoes and even no shoes. As soon as I am done the pain goes away. I do wear orthotics. May be they aren't fitting right any more. I don't want this to be the reason I can't continue so I was hoping any of you might have any solutions on how to make the pain go away.

I don't know, but I just wanted to say that I get aches in my feet when I do it too. For me, the sides of my feet hurt so bad. I've also tried different shoes, but it still hurts. I have really wide feet, so I figured that was my issue. I wonder if it's common to get the achy feet.0

Maybe try doing the cardio part low impact and see if that makes a difference. Your body could just not like the pounding from all the jumping. I wish I could provide a better answer...I haven't had this problem.0
