Runners....

Hey there! So right now I am training for a half marathon that I am running on October 14th. On "cross train" days, what do YOU do for cross training???? So far I have incorporated weight lifting and pilates.

    Circuits, and weights. Nike has an awesome circuit program. It's called Nike training

    My half is in November. Fourth one. On cross train days, I do weights, P90X (upper body, plyo, legs and back, and yoga), swimming, cardio machines that aren't treadmills, and good ol' walking.
