Setting new goals

I've still got some fat to lose but I've already hit my weight loss goals though I have gained a pound back on vacation. Now, I've started weight training. How do I set my food intake goals to support weight training? I don't want to stunt muscle growth by eating too few calories but I definitely don't want to gain non-lean body weight. Any hints or recommendations?
