Started off at 280 about a month ago I started walking/jogging about 40 minutes 6 days a week lost 10 pounds but now im stuck is it because im not eating enough ? I noticed my calves thighs and glutes are stronger and harder also feel like ive lost inches. Im just a little confused on what im doing wrong. I could be eating too much but even when i dont record down what i eat i know im not over 2000 calories.

Firstly i would track your food its very easy to over estimate. Then look at whether your eating the right calories and your macros including sodium.0
