Low Impact Workout for a Rest Day

Hi folks

I did a lot of cardio and weights yesterday and as I am pretty new to all of this I am aching rather a lot today!

I'd like to still do a bit of exercise today but don't want to do any of my dvd workouts as they might do me more harm than good right now! I will be doing a bit of walking but just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for what they do to keep active on a less intense day?

    swimming :-) nice and easy start helps to loosen those muscles... no impact cardio

    It might ache at first but things will loosen up
