Upper Body/Arm Exercises

Hi everyone.

I would be really interested to hear about what upper body and arm exercises you do. I currently work with the standard free weight routine and would love to shake it up.

My arms are always flabby, lack tone and have been the main stubborn area for me. I appreciate you cant spot reduce, however any suggestions you have to vastly and hopefully quickly improve the tone of my arms I would love to hear what you do to keep your upper body and your arms looking super toned!
